8/12/1999: Salmon R., M. Fk., Boundary Creek to Cache Bar

	Thursday of our second week, day 6 on the river, the Middle Fork flowed into the main Salmon River, and five miles farther we reached the take-out at Cache Bar. The outfitter bussed us into Salmon, ID, where my van was waitig, and we stayed in a motel in town.
