7/7/2016: Cartecay R., Lower Cartecay Rd - DNR

	With: Doug Willenborg, Lisa Fallon, Daniel Mullins, John Clark, John Shavor, Courtney Caldwell, Tucker Willenborg, Jeff Macklin, Terry Markhoff
	I led the trip for the CCC WOR. Most of the group took out at the halfway bridge. Four or five (from the Mason-Dixon Canoe Cruisers, I think) followed me through the three big rapids under and after the bridge and had no problems.
