7/26/2016: Wind R., Dubois City Park to US-26 roadside

	The entire group drove back over Tugwotee Pass to Dubois and we put on the Wind River in the town park, without in any way interfering with the fire-fighting operations. Evan had two swims in the Class III Fish Canyon, which was remarkable for a first-time boater when you consider that four very experienced canoeists also swam in the Canyon. Unfortunately, Evan felt that he knocked one of his canine teeth loose, but we still ranked it as a win for him. This was very close to boating zero for the stretches above and below Fish Canyon, but in the canyon the river channelized and was completely boatable. The whole group ate at the Cowboy Cafe in "downtown" Dubois, famous for its Buffalo burgers, though we had to split up into different groups and all got back onto the road at widely different times. Sheila, Evan, and I pulled off the road at the Falls Campground of the Bridger-Teton National Forest to look at the falls of Brooks Lake Creek, high up the Tugwotee Pass, managing to get there just before dark fully descended.
