3/30/2018: Potomac R., S Branch, Upper Smokehole

	After paddling and returning to the put-in to retrieve the put-in vehicles, we took CR-28/11 over the ridge to WV-28, the first time I have done that. It was a pretty drive and the dirt roads were in good shape. We had a pretty fair dinner at Mallow's Roadside Caf$eacute; in Cabins, WV.
