1/10/2019, Mulberry Fork Black Warrior River: Garden City to Whitewater Drive

	This was a fine, if short, section of stream to begin our Alabama visit with. At this level it was read-and-run Class II with at most two Class II+ or III- drops. We had bright sun and a high of 55 degrees, and there was a wealth of playboating opportunity. That evening we drove fifteen miles south to the Gardendale suburb of Montgomery and ate in a fair Japanese restaurant named Kumo.
