1/7/2020, Rainbow R.: Knights of Pythias to CR-484 Donnellon

It was a slow 25 miles from camp to the river.
We set up shuttle to two take-outs: Blue Run of Dunnellon Park access on river left, and a mile-and-a-half farther downstream at the N. Florida Ave Boat Ramp on river right. Then the nine of us, in seven boats, first paddled upstream from the put-in at the Knights of Pythias Park (now evidently known as K-P Hole Park), about a mile and a half to Rainbow Springs State Park, then back past K-P Hole to one of the take-outs.
Most of us went to Sonny's BBQ in Inverness for dinner.
Unfortunately Donna, who has been recovering from a back injury, so stressed her back that this would be the only day she would be able to paddle with us.
